Sustainability Promotion Framework

We have established a Sustainability Committee to identify risks and opportunities related to the TOHO Group’s four key material issues and to monitor progress.The committee’s discussions are reported to the Board of Directors, which determines and oversees group‑wide sustainability policies and confirms progress.

This sustainability management framework chart shows how the Sustainability Committee works with the Risk Management Committee and the Group Human Rights Committee to identify risks and opportunities related to the TOHO Group's four material sustainability issues and review the status of the Group as a whole. It also shows the process by which matters discussed by the Committee are reported to the Board of Directors.
