Disclosure Policy

We strives to secure the trust of all stakeholders by timely and appropriately disseminating corporate information and adhering to the following items.

1. Standards for Information Disclosure

We will disclose information in accordance with various laws and regulations, including the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (hereinafter referred to as "various laws and regulations"), and the "Rules on Timely Disclosure of Company Information by Issuers of Listed Securities" established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "Timely Disclosure Rules"). In addition, even information that does not fall under various laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules will be actively disclosed if deemed important or useful.

2. Methods of Information Disclosure

Information that needs to be disclosed based on the Timely Disclosure Rules will be disclosed through the "Timely Disclosure network (TDnet)" operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. After disclosure on TDnet, the same information will be promptly posted on our corporate website. Furthermore, even if disclosure is not required under the Timely Disclosure Rules, information that our company deems desirable to disclose will be posted on our corporate website and other platforms.

3. Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Information Disclosure

We has established the "Insider Trading Prevention Regulations" to appropriately manage important company information, prevent insider trading, and ensure fair information disclosure, and promotes awareness among all group employees.

4. Explanation on Appropriate Use of Performance Forecasts

Descriptions regarding future performance forecasts disclosed by our company are based on information currently available to us and certain assumptions deemed reasonable, and actual performance may differ significantly due to various factors.

5. Silent Period

To prevent the leakage of financial information and ensure fairness, we has established a silent period from the end of each quarter until the disclosure date of financial results, during which we refrain from responding to questions or comments regarding financial results and performance. However, if it is anticipated that performance forecasts will change significantly during the silent period, we will disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner based on the Timely Disclosure Rules.

6. Establishment of Internal Systems

We will appropriately operate the disclosure policy and establish and maintain a system for timely and appropriate information disclosure based on the Timely Disclosure Rules. The department responsible for disclosure in our company (Corporate Communications Dept.) will conduct appropriate information collection and analysis through collaboration with each internal information management department, and will strive to clarify the process from the generation of information to disclosure in order to make appropriate judgments as a company.
