Financial Results and Finance
Our fiscal year ends on the last day of February each year.
Financial results are announced quarterly. The specific schedule for financial results announcements will be posted on the "Investor Calendar" page as soon as it is determined.

Stocks and Dividends
We were listed on the Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya Stock Exchanges in May 1949. Currently, we are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and the Fukuoka Stock Exchange.
It is scheduled to be held around the end of May each year. The specific schedule will be posted on the "Investor Calendar" page as soon as it is determined.
The interim dividend is at the end of August, and the year-end dividend is at the end of February.
We have set a policy for shareholder returns of "a minimum annual dividend of 17 yen per share, with a consolidated payout ratio of 35% or more, and implement flexible share buybacks." For the trends in the amount of dividends per share, please refer to the "Shareholder Returns" page.

Less-than-unit shares (fewer than 100 shares) can be sold by making a purchase request.
