Shareholder Return Policy
Shareholder return policy under the TOHO Mid-Term Plan 2028 (FY2026-FY2028) is to 'achieve a dividend payout ratio of 35% or more with a minimum annual dividend of ¥17 per share and implement flexible share buybacks.'
