Disclosure of Information Regarding Climate Change

The TOHO Group recognizes that addressing climate change—including the adaptation to global warming and the promotion of decarbonization—is one of the most critical social issues related to sustainability. Our recognition is grounded in global agreements such as the 2015 Paris Agreement and the commitment to the 1.5°C target established at COP26 in 2021. We believe that assessing climate‑related risks and opportunities in line with the TCFD guidelines and integrating response measures into our business strategy helps enhance corporate value and advance a more sustainable society. We are committed to TCFD‑based disclosure and to building resilient management practices that support a sustainable global future.

CO₂ Emissions

The TOHO Group has set a target to reduce CO₂ emissions by 50% from FY2017 levels by FY2030, and to achieve net‑zero emissions by FY2050. We are accelerating initiatives toward this goal.
